Movers & shakers

Weaver Vale Housing Trust has appointed Marianne Richards as director of organisation and people development.

Elaine Cash has joined West Mercia Housing Group as contact centre manager.

Frank Haslam Milan has appointed Paul Bonnett as business development manager for the east of England. He joins from Lovell Partnerships.

Citywest Homes has appointed David Harrison as director of property and development. He joins from Linden Homes where he was development director.

Stephen Still has joined surveyors GL Hearn as associate director of the affordable housing valuation team. He joins from Colliers International where he was assistant manager.

Galliford Try Partnerships North has promoted Foster Innes to operations director. He previously worked as contracts manager for the partnership.

Peter Coleing has been appointed chair of the Tenants Participation Advisory Service. Mr Coleing is a Chelmer Housing Partnership tenant.
