Movers & shakers

Guinness Partnership has appointed Margaret Dodwell as managing director of Guinness Trust in south east England as it merges with Guinness Midsummer.

Southern Housing Group has appointed Preth Rao and Lara Oyedele as board members. Ms Rao is head of policy for the Equality and Human Rights Commission. Ms Oyedele is chief executive of Odu-Dua Housing Association.

Trowers and Hamlins has appointed Lynn James as a partner to its property dispute resolution practice. She joins from Cobbetts where she worked in the property litigation team.

Simon Purser has joined Moat as head of IT development and support. He previously worked as head of information and communication technology at Schenker Limited.

Sarah Day has joined Derwent Living as housing services manager. Previously, she worked as a tenancy enforcement officer at Trent & Dove Housing.

Paul Finch has joined Chester and District Housing Trust as planned works manager for Trust Works. He previously worked as land manager at Gleeson Homes North West.
