Inside Housing to run marathon for Hact

New year, new you? If you’re getting fit for 2010, then Inside Housing has just the blog for you.

Home Run will chart the progress of a bunch of housing professionals running this year’s London Marathon in aid of housing development charity Hact. And Inside Housing has laced up its trainers to join them.

Assistant editor Caroline Thorpe and former production editor Leonie Brown are now in training for the world famous race in April.

The duo will join Bruce Moore, group chief executive of Hanover Housing Association, Tim Fallon, chief executive of Livability Housing, Carr-Gomm boss Gary Lashko, Tim Doyle, chief executive of City West Housing Trust, Homes for Haringey chief Paul Bridge, and bpha’s Justin Daly and Andrew Hardy on the gruelling 26.2 mile run round the capital.

As well as shedding the Christmas pounds, team Inside Housing have pledged to raise £3,000 for Hact. Follow their progress and find out how to donate by visiting the blog.
