Generation gap

Eighteen-year-old social tenant Richard Rossington quizzes Tenant Services Authority chief executive Peter Marsh on the relevance of the regulator to young people.

The interview is the first of a series being carried out for an Ashram Housing Association website, socialbreakfast.org, developed with the Social Media Partnership.

The site will host material uploaded by young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, expressing their views of society.

Ashram chief executive Jas Bains said: ‘This online community is a place where young people can get their views across to the people who run this country in the way they want and take part in the democratic process.’
