Arcon Housing Association’s 91 per cent overall tenant satisfaction would have given us a top five billing for Manchester housing associations but the website unfortunately shows our tenant satisfaction data as ‘NA’ - despite having provided this information through our annual long regulatory and statistical return form. The TSA has reassured us that it is reviewing this anomaly and we look forward to the next version of this useful site which will, we hope, contain details of all associations that have provided data whether large or small.
