Movers & shakers

Ola Akinfe has been appointed director of property services at Newham Homes. He joins from Homes for Haringey where he was executive director of asset management.

Jonathan Cox has joined HouseMark as a benchmarking manager. He previously worked as a performance analyst at Peabody.

Gail Teasdale has joined the Accent Group as director of finance. She was previously head of corporate services at Aire Valley Homes.

The National Federation of ALMOs has appointed Janet Dean, Theresa Coyle MBE and Reg Kerr-Bell to its board to help provide strategic direction on policy. Ms Dean is chair of Sheffield Homes, Ms Coyle MBE is chair of Homes for Islington, and Mr Kerr-Bell is chair of Kensington and Chelsea TMO.

Frank Haslam Milan has appointed Ray Sanderson as head of sustainability. He joins from Gentoo Green where he was strategic manager.

Steve Moore has joined Regional Building Control as a building control surveyor. He previously worked as a building control surveyor at Slough Council.
