Cash prizes up for grabs

Six projects working with homeless people are in line to win a share of a £50,000 prize fund after the shortlist for the Andy Ludlow Homelessness awards was unveiled by London Councils.

The nominees are Cricklewood Homeless Concern: Youth Engagement Scheme (YES); Depaul UK: Broadening Horizons; New Horizon Youth Centre: Creating Positive Futures Work Programme; St Mungo’s: Brent Dual Diagnosis Project; The London Pathway for homeless healthcare; and Vision Housing.

The awards ceremony will take place on 21 October at St Martin-in-the-Fields and the top prize is £25,000.
