Eviction-threat teen court date delayed
A man accused of rioting offences will appear in court later this month.
Daniel Sartain-Clarke, 18, is accused of violent disorder and burglary during the English riots in August.
Mr Sartain-Clarke was due at Inner London Crown Court today for a plea and case management hearing, however this has now been put back to 26 October.
Wandsworth Council has already issued a notice for possession against Mr Sartain-Clarke’s family home where he lives with his mother and eight-year-old sister.
The council has said it will evict the family if Mr Sartain-Clarke is found guilty.
