Eviction threat teen pleads guilty to burglary
A teenager whose family face eviction for his part in the London riots has pleaded guilty to burglary.
Daniel Sartain-Clarke, 18, pleaded guilty at Inner London Crown Court yesterday.
The teen pleaded not guilty to a separate charge of assault with intent and will stand trial on December 12.
Wandsworth Council has already issued a notice for possession against Mr Sartain-Clarke’s family home where he lives with his mother and eight-year-old sister.
The council said it was unable to make a comment while a case was ongoing.
