Are we all bigots when seek information on the future of the HCA, particularly when leading Tories are not forthcoming on the topic the BNP have made a promise in their manifesto on HCA. Why is there no journalist investigation in to implications for housing, regeneration and planning??? Are some peoples hacked off just because I got my question raised on web cast by property Week??? It’s Bob Neil with the questions to answer???? Alex kendall

Is Bob Neil going to follow the BNP and scrap the HCA? On a web cast Nr Neil was not forthcoming on this particular question. There is serious concern over HCA and its future. We need to press for clear answers on this.

Liz Peace notes` allowing third-party right of appeals could cripple the planning system, even if they’re only allowed when applications do not conform with local development plans. For many reasons, this is often the case, and it certainly won’t narrow the flood of appeals likely to come in from rival developers and pressure groups who will be anti-development. In Ireland, appeals doubled over night. It is essential that politicians get a grip on what happens on the ground, rather than just focusing on what sounds good to voters."
So Grant What the hell are you doing with planning and social housing Love alex xxx -

The conservative manifesto launch reminds me so much of Battersea power station awful external frontage while on the inside it’s occupied by dead political rats. David you talk about decentralisation but this is panacea for cost cutting you talk about power in the community but where are the resources as a nation we are bust??? If we vote on a referendum will you provide the resources? The manifesto suggests that local planning referendums will occur, again `third party rights’ are at play will housing associations be blackmailed over planning permission? What about the 25 billion of housing debt? Nothing said. No mention of the two million on the waiting list. Somebody once said `a society is judge by how it treats its people’. Is there such a thing as society David.....
