Alison Thain is Chief Executive of Fabrick Housing Group which, through its members, Erimus Housing and Tees Valley Housing, manages around 15,000 homes in North East England and North Yorkshire.
Having started her career collecting rents on Tyneside, Alison now leads Fabrick into one of its busiest ever periods of building and holds a number of non-executive directorships throughout the North East, including Tees Valley Unlimited, the sub-regional LEP, and Darlington Building Society.
