I have not seen this series yet but as with most documentary / reality TV it will be HEAVILY edited and the time scales become very obscured. It in fact takes many months to secure ASB orders, then go through repossession proceedings, and requires large quantities of evidence in support of eviction. The telly make it look quick and easy. As for the elderly couple, again the timescales in moving them might have been far longer than shown. I will try and watch this on a PC somewhere though!

One wonders if Sue Townsend had a vision when she wrote “Queen Camilla” in 2007, in which all the lazy, feckless, trouble-making, druggie and criminal elements of society are tagged and sent to Exclusion Zones, never to be seen again! Many a true word...?

Well if tenants perceive that and don't believe or accept the fact that they are not, there is probably little we can do to change that view. Our board members have a service level agreement, but have no day to day operational involvement. There is no "pledge of loyalty" - I have seen their agreements because its part of my job. OUR members are independent. I cannot comment on other RSLs.
Kass - I read that article but that is not the same. As I said, you clearly didn't get what you wanted and I am sorry if that is the case but the HOS is all there is for now.
