Comment on: Tenants banned from moving if home is damaged
Somehow I have been transported 30 years back into the past. How on earth can Inside Housing run this as news? It is still April 1 isn't it. Send for the Good Practice Unit. It's no wonder we get such bad press if some housing authorities are only now coming up with this as a good idea. They say if you wait long enough old fashions come back into style but please. This really isn't anything new.

Comment on: New power proposed to evict 'bad' tenants quicker
Another bit of success for the housing minister. Of course it can't work. It will make no difference at all. Shapps is just getting some publicity that's all. Needs to seem as though he is concerned and actually doing something. And of course it works. If only a small percentage of people think he is effective then he is. Here, two out of ten respondents think he is right - even though this initiative is a load of tosh.

Comment on: Council brings ALMO back in house
I hope so, McMadman, I really do. I hope the Council does take this seriously, as they promise, and treats the tenants and the stock properly. I worry about that but I would love to be wrong.
