Bill Woof was a blast of fresh air
I was so sorry to hear of Bill Woof’s passing. As a colleague of his in the Housing Advisory Unit at the Department for the Environment, I appreciated his comradeship and down-to-earth approach.

His leadership of the unit introduced a blast of fresh air in Les Trois Eglises block in Marsham Street and presented the incumbents with much food for thought on housing matters. Thank you Bill. You are remembered.
