I have worked within housing associations for some 14 years - for 12 years with a very large social landlord and about two years with a smaller housing association.
I have, therefore, been lucky enough to have gained skills across the board, knowledge and training, although I still take every opportunity to attend conferences and seminars. This is not only rewarding but helps with participation in the role.
