No sooner have we waved a legal goodbye (in England anyway) to the ghastly RSL acronym, than up pops RLSR in Abigail Davies’ article about resident-led self-regulation (Inside Housing, 26 March 2010).

Please, let’s not swamp the Tenant Services Authority’s sensible changes to the final version of its new regulatory framework by immediately inventing a load of new, impenetrable jargon.
‘Putting tenants first’ includes communicating in ways that ordinary people will understand. You know it makes sense.
