Brunelcare amber after staff reshuffle
Brunelcare has received an amber light for governance in its latest Housing Corporation assessment.
The rating follows a change of chair for the association and the introduction of new board members. The association must now 'actively demonstrate effective leadership,' the corporation's assessment report said.
Brunelcare received green lights for management, viability and development.
Retail Trust Group also received amber for governance and green for viability and management.
Accord Housing Association, Raglan Housing Association, Maidstone Housing Trust, Bromford Housing Group and Sovereign Housing Group were all awarded a full set of green lights.
In this week's Audit Commission inspections, Western Challenge Housing Association has received one star with excellent prospects for improvement. Luton Council's Supporting People programme was granted one star with uncertain prospects, and Walterton and Elgin Community Homes picked up two stars with uncertain prospects.
East Staffordshire Council's neighbourhood renewal programme, Peterborough Council's regeneration programme, Enfield Council's repairs and maintenance service and North Devon Council's affordable housing strategy all received one star with promising prospects for improvement.
