Just for clarity- not all housing associations are charities.

Comment on: Government guns for CEOs' pay
Some (but not all granted) are paid highly because some are managing 2 billion pound businesses. Can you name any other multi billion pound business where a CEO is paid below the PM? I can’t.

where do the 'usual professional suspects commenting that it would be not worth it or unecomical,' say this/ please quote adn name names in whihc they say this ."
Read all related thread and they are all there, Harry Lime, Joe Halewood, Sancho, etc...
And also see Simon Stokes above...
oh so not housing professionals making public statements then, only people who may or may not work in teh sector making personal comments.
Do you have any evidence any council or HA has made a public statement that it is not worth their while to chase subletters?

You are barking up the wrong tree and confusing the term Company Secretary which appears in the Companies Act with a job title. They are 2 different things
The term 'Company Secretary' is an officer of the board as outlined in the Companies Act and in small organisations it would be undertaken by the CEO as part of their duties but they do not get a 2nd salary becauseb it is not a role in itself within the organisation- its a pure governance and legal term in this context.
In large organisations it is normal to have a specific role called 'comp sec' who would be paid like any other staff member and have specific duties and be paid a salary reflecting the responsibilities and size of the organisation. This would not be the CEO.

Posted in: CONSTITUTION AND RULES WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE CODE OF CONDUCT
There are plenty of Codes of Conduct in place- your landlord will have fullsome codes that you can copy for your group, hwoever as usual you need to refer to your landlrods code of governacne and constitutional documents to ensure you comply to theirs and get them approved in the proepr manner, and that are signed up too by members of your group. If they arnt signed up to and fit to the landlords then you cant enforce them through appointment letters etc. Is the resident engagement officer at your landlord involved? If so they will have a policy on tenant groups to include funding etc so you do need to have them involved to be a recognised group, otherwise you are wasting your time.

Posted in: WARN OFF BY MY CHIEF EXECUTIVE AND COMPANY SECRETARY
Fair enough. How can they engage with you when you clearly do not listen or interact, but rather post messages here then do not take the advice or provide information so others can help you. I can imagine how frustrated they are in dealing with you (I certainly am) and this forum isnt the place to vent your anger when the repsonses are ignored.

Posted in: Controlling Chief Executive and Company Secretary
A number of people have tried to assist Eva by asking questions and requesting information on which to base advice. There is never any concrete paperwork or evidence produced by Eva to let us assist her, which may give the impression these are vexatious claims and the other side of the story is not fully represented here. This being the case, the TSA may not have anything to respond too.
