Clarification

In an interview with MP Clive Betts in last week’s magazine we reported that The Times newspaper had evidence that Mr Betts had ‘flipped’ his designated second home.

In fact, Mr Betts had redesignated his home to comply with ministerial rules in 1997, subsequently reverting to the original designation following a 2003 rule change.
