I must state that I am not a paid officer of an association or council. I am a tenant. The tone of the article lead me to think that we are a rare breed apart who do not warrant having any opinions on any of the subjects covered by your magazine. Think again.

I am, as well as being a mere tenant, a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and do have what I hope are relevant opinions on the subjects covered by your magazine, and as a member of the CIH, I receive and read carefully each week’s edition.

Please understand that up and down the land there are many committed tenants whose views you ignore at your peril.
