There is no official word on TSA's axe

Whatever he said to you privately, neither his speech to the Chartered Institute of Housing, nor the news release on the Communities and Local Government department website, actually ‘announced’ the ending of the TSA. He simply announced a ‘review’. While the outcome of that review has clearly been decided politically even before it has begun, that is all that has officially been said.
So while the bread has been laid out, Frank Cooper’s marmalade finest put close to hand, and the toaster is even now being fired up, we aren’t quite ready yet for the TSA to be served as breakfast.
