Comment on: Fixed term tenancies could last two years
Does Mr Pickles seriously think that he and this con-dem government can get away with this, he like the rest of his wealthy friends have no idea what it is like to live in social housing but want to condemn those that do. Two year fixed tenancies will have the poorest living out of a suite case with no future to look forward to as this situation will have dire effects on their benefit claims because of the continuous moving from place to place, shame on you Mr Pickles I hope you can sleep well at night.

Comment on: Landlords told to aid ‘ebay entrepreneurs’
As a council tenant I was always under the impression that you could not run a business from home and that this was stated in your tenancy agreement. Having said that I agree with the other contributers that to allow a business to be run from an Housing Association or council property only causes more trouble than its worth

Comment on: Rent rise threatens housing benefit reforms
I do not agree that everybody that lives in social housing is a scrounger, most are hard working but are trapped on low wages and are being exploited for cheap labor so that social housing is all they can afford. Having said that there are a small minority that do play the system making it bad for the hard working majority who get tared with the same brush.

Comment on: Cameron: social tenants have nothing to fear
The grand strategy behind this plan is to clear all inner cities of the poor, this is known as social cleansing thus leaving the inner cities free for the those who hold all the wealth. The less fortunate of society will be moved to the outskirts leaving the city centers for those among us that can afford to live there.
