Anoy - Thank you I agree that's what I am seeing with our Complaint Policy and Procedure and I still believe its a conflict of interest.

I have mention that I already took it to the Assistant Director whom done nothing.

I wasn't expecting them to suggest and in fact demand if I didn't let him deal with the Stage Two complaint that refused to go any further.

Well I go along with it and see what comes of it

    Can anyone help

I have a Stage Two Complaint whereby a Director or Chief Executive is to interview me.

I heard from the Complaint's department yesterday and want to give it to the Director of the department that I have my complaint with

I've said it's a Conflict of Interest the Director cannot investigate due to being involved in the case.  I would understand if he was involved in the case and didn't know anything about it.  I took it to him first but he didn't do anything so I warn him I take it to a Stage One Complaint and again didn't answer me.  So I took to Stage One Complaint

I now being told if I do not accept than I met with him and discuss the case. I'm in breach and cannot go any further i.e. up to Stage Three and only suggestion if I do not like it go to a Solicitor

I have again this day tried to put my side of the case and again quoted that the Director been involved in the case cannot hear the case.

But will not listen to me and I believe is a breach

Do many others on these threads also have these sorts of problems with the Complaints Department
