Ten contractors on landlord's new build panel
Ten contractors have won places on Radian Housing’s £150 million new build framework.
The 18,000-home landlord, based in the south of England, has a development programme that will see it build 1,500 affordable homes over the next three years. It has appointed builders to a series of frameworks based on the cost of projects.
Drew Smith, Leadbitter, Mullaley & Co, Wates Living and Willmott Dixon Housing have all secured places on the most lucrative panel for schemes worth more than £4 million.
Schemes worth between £2 million and £4 million will be delivered by Drew Smith, ISG Interiors, Lakehouse Contracts, Leadbitter, Mullaley and Mi-Space UK.
PMG Construction and W Stirlandwill compete for schemes worth up to £2 million, along with Drew Smith, ISG Interiors, Lakehouse and Leadbitter.
Radian’s development programme will be funded through a £75 million bond, launched in February.
