Green energy consultancy rebrands after buy out
Green energy consultancy Camco Advisory Services, which works extensively across the housing sector, has rebranded following a management buy-out of the company from its international parent.
After 23 years under the Camco International umbrella, its UK consultancy arm has been renamed Verco.
The company is now employee owned and a separate independent business providing energy efficiency advisory services across the housing sector.
It has worked extensively across the housing sector with the National Housing Federation and, most recently with the likes of Affinity Sutton to produce the FutureFit finance report on how to make the government’s flagship retrofit programme, the green deal, work for landlords.
Verco is part of the Baxi Partnership, a group of employee owned businesses which offer advisory services and funding.
Dave Worthington, managing director of Verco, said: ‘Now that we are an employee owned company, every employee has a direct stake in the business.’
