 Company Profile Once upon a time, whilst working in a vast, impersonal recruitment consultancy, we realized it had all gone wrong… Considering recruitment is all about people, we’d discovered just about the least people-friendly place you could imagine. Instead it was all about numbers; if you managed to pay people a little bit less, and charge a client a little bit more, it was considered a success. No-one thought about anyone’s happiness in the process, so everyone was disillusioned; the candidates, the clients, even the recruitment staff themselves. Realising that this wasn’t going to change, we decided to change it ourselves.
