  The 21,000,000 empty bedrooms in private homes are not a public resource as far as i'm aware.
  
  If we are all in this together (Mr Cameron) surely this would be a way for the PL to help in the national interest.

  I know a HA which has gone back to DLO because it saves money, The Tenants like to have their own workforce because they know who to complain if the work is not done right, My HA has all ways had its own DLO are Tenants thing it is the best thing since sliced bread.

  So once again the Right wing whingers rant on about how good it is to hit the poor, the groups who fight for the poor in this country do not have the clout the rich have. How many poor people ever get in positons of power to make a difference to their own kind.
