Leading the leasehold department you will be responsible for improving satisfaction and the timely and accurate calculation and collection of service charges.

We are looking for business leaders with a successful track record of delivering in the housing sector. Like us, you will be able to see the bigger picture and will not be afraid to break the mould and try innovative approaches to deliver positive outcomes with pace and energy.

You will have demonstrable experience of delivering relevant, tangible performance improvements in your current role.
