Customer Contact Manager

An exciting opportunity to lead the development of a new contract centre, ensuring it delivers a quality service for 5,800 households in West Wythenshawe.
The successful candidate will ensure the Trust delivers excellent customer service, and continues to do so in an ever-changing climate. We are looking for a dynamic individual with passion to succeed and an eye for detail, a high level of integrity and focus on the customer experience. With a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes, the post- holder will be a true leader, committed to valuing, motivating and developing a team.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and with over 85% of Parkway Green’s contact with tenants via the telephone, we are now further strengthening our service by establishing an in-house contact centre.
