Customer Service Manager

Location: South East

Up to £35,000 pa plus private healthcare

As Customer Services Manager, in this important new role,:

  • you will report directly to the CEO as you drive internal and external customer relations activity – building on an 88% satisfaction rating.
  • you will put customer care at the centre of the strategic agenda, championing the interests of our tenants and overseeing every aspect of communications and complaints handling.
  • your remit will extend to our internet and intranet sites, Privilege Reward Scheme for tenants, staff conference and promotional events.
