Cheer up.
Still regulated and a potential £500 million pumped into housing off of just 10,000 homes.
if more associations followed suit we could generate billions for housing, create the necessary millions of houses we need. Rent across the board (private and affordable) will reduce, ownership will become realistic for millions of 'wanna be' FTB's.
Potentially a fantastic vehicle to bring substantial investment to housing. -

Whilst i sort of agree. It is worth saying that housing organisations are a very different beast to what they were 50 years ago.
I work for an HA, but i argue we should be self funded now, were to big a sector with big surplus', we should really stop taking hand outs from 'mum and dad'. -

Be carefull following trying to sue 75,000 twitter 'tweeters' he may start somewhere with less posters and ask inside housing for your details! He doesnt have enough money himself you see..
