    1. Communicaton

    2. Sit down with Tenant and ensure evident, statement and ditto in order to go to the Post Leader

    3. Sign off  with the Tenant so that all  in order to go to the Post Leader (some may not need this but some that involve others Tenant should be signed off due to a couple of my Complaint over COC was in front of Tenants, Management and Consultants)

I believe the trouble that the Tenant does see what the Post Leader is getting.

I believe it not until you get to Stage 3 which can be 6 to 8 Months down the line its not to then that you see the Briefling papers.  To see have the evidence is missing and no witness's statement on File)

Would you like to find out that the witness's in the room under Tenant whether for or against not given the opportunity to write a statement or make a statement.  Management also does want the tenant to see what the Management written.  I find this strange and in last case also Consultants involved.  When it will be 5 months now and done nothing but dragging if feet.  I chasing four time and no once ask for a extention.  - If you do been ask whether Tenants or Management/Consultant could you remember exactly and in our case changed the style of the Minutes and nothing noted in the minutes.  Very unlikely most people would remember.  But is lot more untidy than this because organstion will not answer me/us.

Note in our case In House - Style under Policy and Procedures not followed in the end causing Maladminstration.

TSA also has a good Complaint Handling system where is under Tenant Empowerment

I do not believe services but Governance that is creating Maladminsrataion of any In House Style Policy under Complaint's

Well how can you hold a proper enquirie if your not give all he evidence in our case it would be the statement of the people that voted against a particular clause in the Code of Conduct and so fore

I'm  giving my option has a Tenant and I talking about my own Housing Association and not labelling all Manager, staff, Management of other Housing Association  with my comments.

Our Complaint Procedure is not followed.  We have to  keep asking for Good Practices to be followed and still after a number of years still creatings breaches in the clauses and creating maladminstration it does not lead by example.  Its does adhere to its own policy and procedures and the hard copy is not kept for collect at its head office.

Sorry to said in most cases its Management Led not Tenant Led

The Policy and Procedures in place are out dated and was up for Review and I put in my suggestions by the obvioius procedure.

Hopefully under Tenants Scrunity later in the year Tenant can and will ensure the organsation is following the policy and procedures and adhering to Good Practice Guidelines
