Thank heavens for that. Micro management is a massive waste of time and resources and hugely demotivating. Effectively it means you watch/question/criticise someone do every part of their job rather than trust them to do it because thats what they are employed for.
Co-regulation should be tenant led and should probe into whichever parts of the company is necessary - but it ISNT about questioning every single decision everybody ever made about every decision the company ever makes.
Good Management and co-regulation will be trust based. It should be open and honest, clear and concise but you wont question someones decisions on every single thing they have done, especially when they haven't done anything wrong!
If someone, anyone, spends all their time picking apart someone elses work they are not doing their own job. -
