Fact. I am a 73yrs Pesioner in a large 3 story town house, cnt of town coventry, on housing benefit, I dream of moving to a small 2 story, older house, quiter airier out side of a town, but i and my compainion cannot affored to move, how many more like us. why on benefits worked all my life but in our day our insurance stamp was paid to husband stamp, so not entitled to full pention not enough stamps?

Carol donnelly, eva silver, please contact me, must admit I am a pensioner on benefits, and not well educated, but a reasonable brain. no individual when at their most vulnerable should have gone through the horrendouse issues, and still, over 2 years, that housing association staff put me through when son murdered, these issues with tenants must be exposed, we don't want to be vigilantes or Joan arc, but if not exposed , we cannot complain if we haven't the guts to try to do some thing for all as a group, I got to mental extent I contemplated suicide, how many more out there?

Sandra thank you so much. I dont think any one can help the 2 staff are so clever and deviouse; who I have complaint about, they have made my life cunningly hell,also defamed my charactor as a batty old lady? made me extremly ill, played with me like a cat playing with a mouse, BUT to have others there who can see other veiw to a situation, when they have skewd your head up? it was NOT my sons murder that had me contiplating suicide but the lies and deviouse actions of these 2 staff, but I am through that now,nearly? just to know others who have or know some one who has had these experiences will help any on to have contact with, so they will know they are not alone,and not going daft with actions and responces of these staff they can have some one to tell, and possibly give them a clue or advice, as they have been there, to support each other and get it inquiered into from outside sorces, I have written to 10 downing st, got reply too, now we will see what the meps and mp will come up with if any thing?thank you . did not think you were allowed to put email on here? my email - rosey4 at talk talk .net hope you can put email together right? thanks kass for showing me how its done

sorry about fragmentation of post, interuptions? I would be willing with help to print - and send out to political, and other bodies an people, and individials, possibility there could be influenced in time if there is enough people to get complaint protocol looked into and changed,I said maybe? but at least we would know others are aware of the hell they put Tenants through? and we would have each other at our lowest times? has any of you the guts to start - think about it? - or have another idea, when we are alone they have us over a barrel? I am fully aware i will have reprocussions and flax for writing this maggi

The point being, if they know we are not alone and part of? so basically . like a family ? for housing there could possibly be reprocussions and questions from our support, so the individials on the case will have to be prepared for? but possibly knowing they have more than the person going through the complaint, watching and assessing the prossess and out come, could it possibly be a little deterant? could it be some thing like - in the old days names were plasted on shop windows if a customer owed money after a time given to them to pay up. some thing like a inaficient black list?? hope this makes sence??maggi
