Hi Jess
I have done things like change door handles, rehung cupboard door, adjust ball valve in my toilet and refixed a bracket on my outside pipe. These are all things which i thought were my responsibilty anyway, but even after finding out I couldve called Bromford for these things, I still have chosen to join the scheme. Hope this helps :)
The money will go towards new internal doors. There is nothing wrong with mine, I would just like some nice new wooden ones, so this cash will help towards that.

Hi All
I have joined bromfords scheme and must say so far I am impressed. I havent had any dealings with my housing manager since i moved into my property 7 years ago. After the surveyor came out and checked my property I joined up and within a week i got my first payment of £150.
I was assured that my gas and electric services would still be done by Bromford so to me its a win win situation
