As Shapps is not in the cabinet it should be easy to get rid of him, the sooner the better I say as his coments on the TSA have put the whole of co-regulation on hold and all the work tenants have done for free is being lost as well as the £42m spent on TSA start up.

£42m to set up the TSA how much to start a son of TSA? the framwork was working for tenants is that why it with be scraped? Just let the tenants get on with it we do it almost for free, Do we need the DCLG telling local government and its residents what to do?

Looks like no change to me, where is the resident involvment/consultation. All the hard work on co-regulation and we still do not know what is happening.
