Michael Gelling is chair of membership body the Tenants and Residents Organisations of England (TAROE), and a tenant activist.
He served as local councillor for 16 years and on the housing ombudsman service board for 6 years as a tenant director.
Michael is also a tenant rights advocate representing tenants who have issues with local social and private landlords.
