If they had to break in to evict,then why not break in to do the gas test and then recharge for the time and locks ?

Bullying is institutionalised at Six Town Housing and to make matters worse there is something rotten within the repairs section as well.
If the council can not fix this then maybe someone independent can come in and do so -

It seems the office manager wanted a sub contractor to get more public work jobs,this is the same sub contractor who received materials fraudulently from the council stores (see begining of this thread for details)
The office manager put pressure on the people running the public works to give this sub contractor more work and said that they were favouring another contractor.
the sub contractor who the office manager favours also does work for him on his own private properties.
