    You may be right but there is one thing i do know.

    It seems the office manager wanted a sub contractor to get more public work jobs,this is the same sub contractor who received materials fraudulently from the council stores (see begining of this thread for details)

    The office manager put pressure on the people running the public works to give this sub contractor more work and said that they were favouring another contractor.

    the sub contractor who the office manager favours also does work for him on his own private properties.
