A couple of up-and-coming Chartered Institute of Housing members were interviewing the president of our institute. They at least turned up in shirt and ties, but Howard Farrand could not be bothered to dress for the occasion. Maybe he thought these two young housing students would turn up in their best jeans and he could also dress down. What a shame.
