Free recruitment system launched

ConsultCIH and Ocean Media Group launched a free recruitment and talent management web-system to help social landlords improve quality and efficiency when hiring staff.

Launched at the CIH Housing 2010 Conference and Exhibition in Harrogate, i-Talent allows employers to track applications, shortlist candidates and complete employment checks, reducing the time it takes to process information. It also supports equality and diversity monitoring and reporting throughout the recruitment process.

From autumn, additional i-Talent PLUS modules will be introduced to help housing providers manage talent within their organisations.
