    How badly is the green agenda going to be badly hit by the credit crunch? Do people think that the timeline for the code for sustainable homes is impractical in the face of falling house build number

    Hello Richard. This does apply to the whole of the UK. It is unlikely this would change with a change of government, although the definition of zero carbon may well change to ease things up.
    The Welsh Assembly Government has signalled that it wants to be ahead on all things sustainable and so it is trying to move even more quickly, to zero carbon by 2011.
