Comment on: Pensioner grounded for housing officer assault
The Housing Officer got injured by the pensioner throwing paper at her. It's good to see they are taking such a strong stance against these life threatening injuries.

Comment on: Court fight to keep live-in wardens
I couldn't agree more with what Joe Halewood has written. When this case goes to the High Court, the Councils will definately lose. Then they will have eggs on their faces and everyone is going to fight these Councils on every little thing. If they do win, the press will get them.
An old person is going to get robbed and die in their home. Only then will they review their stupid decision. These Councils are going to give themselves serious headaches.

SECURE TENANCY
My mother has been trying to secure me as a succession on her secure tenancy. The council are claiming they need 'proof' that I live there. I have been residing at the house since 1991. They know thi

No connection, I have no duty to said person. I am not part of this 'Big Society' rubbish that the Tories and Libdems are spouting. I am not to blame for the Council giving property to people who have no connection whatsoever to the woman's borough. Take a look around Battersea and you know what I am talking about. They want to get rid off all Council property and seems to me to pay greedy landlords (Who pay no taxes) and Housing Associations (Legalised Rackmans) extorniate rents. Privatisation is cheaper haven't you heard. (That's sarcasm by the way)

Sandra you don't get any answers from prats like Kev. All you get is a person who passed a little certificate that you get by writing a 20 word essay. They then use this bit of paper to pass themselves off as Perry Mason. The worrying thing is this person does work in housing and they are all programmed to use something called sustainable literacy. Sustainable literacy is basically redifining the English Language. For example, sending a letter out is considered a 'consulting'. Other things like FRAUD are considered anything from 'lack of clarity' to 'We were unaware......and received no correspondence'.

aggarwac. Tell the council to take you to court and also tell them you don't want anymore correspondence from them. You have enough evidence. I tell you to do this for two reasons. The first reason is that you are showing them that you are not going to be bullied. Bullies only get off on power they have on people. This is bullying and it has nothing whatsoever to do with law. This brings me on to the next reason the law is on your side and they will lose the case. There are children in the house you say. No judge in the World will go along with this. Oh and don't worry about people like Remai, I will deal with him and his employers for you.

Posted in: Housng Officers Unreasonable Criticism of Medical Professional
The Council have taken away medical points from my mum. They claimed they sent out a letter regarding a court case a while ago, where it was judged that they can do this. I asked the Housing Officer who was the plaintiff or what the court case was specifically about. She then said, 'Erm...well...erm...erm...well I have to speak to my manager .......erm...erm'. I then said to her, 'So you know of a case but nothing with regard to it's nature or even when it was.' Amazingly she has ignored all my requests for more information.
