Regulatory judgements on five landlords published
The social housing regulator has published regulatory judgements on five landlords.
The Tenant Services Authority found no deterioration in the governance or viability of the housing associations.
One Vision Housing, which manages 11,000 homes in Liverpool, had its viability rating upgraded to the highest possible, meaning it meets the TSA’s expectations. It also maintained its ‘satisfactory’ rating for governance, the second best possible.
Amicus Horizon, maintained its highest possible viability rating and a satisfactory rating for governance.
Three other landlords, Bernicia Group, North Devon Homes, and West Devon Homes all maintained their viability and governance ratings. The trio of landlords achieved the second highest rating for viability - which means they meet expectations but have exposures - and achieved satisfactory governance.
