Contractor wins £45m five-year deal with housing association
A contractor has won a five-year deal worth £45 million to provide maintenance for 15,000 homes.
Willmott Dixon’s repair and maintenance specialist Willmott Dixon Partnerships has been chosen to provide the service to 25,000-home Notting Hill Housing Trust.
The contract, which begins in September and can be extended to 10 years if successful, means Willmott Dixon will be responsible for the repairs and maintenance on Notting Hill homes as well as working on void properties.
Mick Williamson, managing director of Willmott Dixon Partnerships, said: ‘We are delighted to be given this opportunity to work with Notting Hill in delivering a first-class service to residents.
‘We believe Notting Hill’s ‘Altogether Better’ approach to customer service, in which one housing officer works directly with a much smaller group of tenants, is an exciting new model for the sector and we are enthusiastic about being involved in developing and delivering this vision alongside the Trust.’
The new contract means Willmott Dixon is now responsible for more than 135,000 homes throughout the country.
