Thanks Harry - your perspective is real and informative. I'm impressed by the view that the initiative is working. The press paints such a negative view, but I can accept that this is often far from reality.
This is one of the reasons I started this thread so that fact and opionion can be stated aside from the hyperbole.
A question area though. If an ASBO is applied to a family member living in private accomodation, would that family face eviction if they did not expel them from the home?
If they do not face the same sanction, is there a way to make the law equitable?
