FYI- in 2008 I wrote about problems I was having with a housing provider ECHG and at the time I was not too hopeful of having the problems resolved but felt there was nothing to lose in going along with the 'procedure'. Here I am at stage three having being made to go back to stage one by the Housing Ombudsman- and this after the complaints spanning two years previously! The HA ignored stage one and barely covered stage two and now stage three by default because they have not been able to 'gather their people' in over two months.
The Housing Ombudsman has pointed out that hey cannot hear complaints until they have gone through the procedure- what a joke this is.
I am exhausted with them all.
And please, do not mention the TSA because they cannot even understand what i am asking when I ask.
Should I give up-NO. But it is very difficult and should not be so. Golly Gosh....
