Gosh I agree with you I am having the same problem and I writen to the TSA and ask them to fine these Bad and Careless Housing Association and I said at the end of each stage of the Complaint make the Housing Association give the Tenant a Briefing Paper and if Tenant can proof to the TSA they our Maladminstration your case they I want the TSA to take over the matter. I just before Christmas sent off my Stage Three Complaint to Stage Four and may I suggest most most strongly that you take a tenant with you to the meeting and ask if you can recorded the meeting and that the other point I have raised with the TSA that all Stage Three Complaints should be recorded because the bloody officer still tell lies about the Stage Three Complaint and dice and slice the Minutes of the Meeting.
I want the Board Member's to be able to sack the Chief Executive for the Maladminstration of my case and the breach all over the complaint and I want the Manager of Complaint Procedure also sacked.
I being saying they use are Rents to go and get the best solictor's while the Tenant has to use some back street Solicitor with no real interest in your case.
Well I want these Chief Executive to pay out of own pocket and I want these Chief Executive and all he/shes Director off of other Board in the area and do the job you paid for 9 to 5 what you do in the evening is your business but in the day you belong to us.
