Its a shame that when someone brings an opposing view the best that you can say is be quiet for a few years or accuse them of working for the 'opposition'. all I am trying to point out is there are ways to resolve things and if at the end of these ways you do not feel the issue is resolved its likely your complaint was not justified. Having said that I also accept that sometimes the wrong decisions are made and things are only resolved at the end of a legthy process. Maybe this applies here. Did the complaint go to the ombudsmen?
