im currently lookig into my dissertation and am very interested in something to do with RSL`s and the funding and also the new government incentives (feed in tariffs and renewable heat incentives). i am particularly interested in whether the installation of such `green products` across the housing stock could produce quite a substantial income whilst also reducing costs for the tenant. i would really appreciate any futher arguements i could look at? or any particular avenues i can invistigate that could provide a good discussion.
