Yes, but how much are they going to charge for these homes, are there going to be ficitious rent arrear bully Housing Associations? are they going to throw taxpayers money at properties repairs that continue to have the same problems year in year out? Are they going to continue to behave this way, or is there a body in place that will properly regulate them, the Tenant Service Authority is a farce as far as i'm concerned and the only response Peter Marsh can offer me is to please keep quiet, sorry but thats not good enough.
And are those Housing Associations that make these fraudluent claims going to be punished for making those claims without cause?
It's one thing saying these homes will be built, but what about how these homes are managed. My experience of Housing Associations is that they are crooks, the biggest thieves out.
Surely there should be tougher laws on how these Housing Associations that are so heavily funded are governed and ensure they follow correct procedures legal and moral.
we're all taxpayers and it's our money!
